This oceanfront site has an intriguing, modern style thanks to the mix of houses. Offering a secluded and exclusive seaside atmosphere equal to that of a luxury resort, with superbly proportioned street frontage and three separate residential pavilions.
Residents are invited to spend quiet hours with a book…or to urge restless children out to play in the beautifully planted private gardens. Large terraces are an entertainer’s dream, creating the ideal setting for exquisite evenings overlooking miles of the boundless ocean.
Pavilion’s curving aesthetic softens the surroundings and emphasises the seamless transition between interior and out. The large living areas are flooded with natural light thanks to long sections of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors.

Screening Everything Out
Pavillion is designed with screens to provide privacy from the street while capturing uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. The key contributor to the creation of these stunning screens is Sculptform’s Click-on Battens. They provide protection from the elements while also allowing plenty of natural light in. They not only provide the functional benefit of blocking out unwelcome gazes, but they also add a lovely aesthetic to the exterior.
Crafted from durable aluminium, requiring very little maintenance, it is a great material for the seaside location. The finish was Wood Finish, a high-end finish fitting for the level of luxury these apartments are.
