Join Our Team

We’re always looking for individuals who want to join our passionate, innovative and dedicated team leading the way in modular wall and ceiling systems.

The work we do

You’ll find our products on the feature walls and ceilings of some of the largest commercial projects throughout Australia and breaking ground internationally. Our timber and aluminium lining systems provide designers with the flexibility to design with freedom and the confidence that we will work with both them and the builder through the lifecycle of their project.

What we value the most

Our values underpin everything we do. They define who we are and give a clear message to both our employees and customers. We live our values every day in our attitudes, decision making and working methods.

Honest

We do the right thing at all costs with integrity, admit our mistakes and fulfill our promises.

Humble

We take on constructive feedback, we play as a team and can laugh at ourselves.

Hungry

We have a strong desire to win and continuously improve in everything we do.

Happy

We maintain a positive outlook and are passionate about what we do.

“Our culture is the secret sauce of Sculptform. While other people may strive to emulate our products, our culture makes us significantly more authentic and collaborative, to the extent that we become integral to the clients design team rather than just a supplier”
Jeremy Napier, Managing Director
Sculptform

Where we work

We have over 50+ team members located in Bendigo, Melbourne, Sydney and Christchurch, with our main office and factory situated in Bendigo Victoria.

Bendigo
Head Office

Our Bendigo head office serves as our central hub, with 40+ team members working from here. All our manufacturing processes are done from this location, including timber moulding and aluminium wrapping.

Melbourne
Design Studio

Designed by Woods Bagot Melbourne, our design studio in the Melbourne CBD showcases our capabilities around curved timber and creates an environment of collaboration for our clients. At the centre of the studio is the co-lab workshop, where visitors can choose from our entire range of timber and aluminium profiles and even see samples of their designs crafted in minutes.

How we work

We are continually evolving our methods of working and learning new techniques to improve every aspect of our business. Some examples of how we ensure a positive and productive workplace are below.

  • Scrum

We work under a Scrum-based framework which ensures efficiency within our teams. This system helps us achieve regular milestones through weekly sprints and overcome roadblocks by encouraging input from the whole team.

  • Continuous Improvement

We understand that improvement is a journey, not a destination. Our focus on continuous improvement involves everyone in the company providing honest feedback on our systems and processes to ensure we are providing our customers with the best value possible.

  • 20 Mile March

The 20 Mile March is a concept that values discipline, consistency and control. We utilise this theory throughout our teams to establish consistency, which allows us to plan accurately and account for any bumps along the road.

  • Collaboration

Working as a team and leveraging off individual strengths is how we achieve great things at Sculptform. This philosophy extends to our clients, where we consider ourselves design partners rather than just another supplier.

Job roles

Sales

Our sales teams are always growing to meet the demand of the construction industry across Australia and internationally. Sales team members are assigned a portfolio of projects to follow up on and convert to orders.

Business Development Manager

Our BDM team members are the primary contact between Sculptform and our clients. Each BDM is assigned a group of key architectural studios and main contractors to develop relationships and gather leads ad projects.

Estimator

Our estimating teams are responsible for the finer details in the quoting process, often working alongside the sales teams in working with the client. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a practical mindset.

Production Team

All our production takes place in our Bendigo factory, the same site as our head office. Our production teams deliver quality results on everything from timber moulding and coating to aluminium wrapping.

Project Management / Logistics

The final link in the chain, our logistics teams ensure DIFOT on all our projects. From packing the product to organising freight, our logistics teams ensure our product gets to site on time, every time.
