University of Auckland’s new general library refurbishment is a serene place for students to study. Our Free-standing Screens make an appearance in straight and curved shapes, helping to partitioning of the space and a level of privacy.

Designed by Architectus and built by Practec, the project is one with plenty of colour!

Curved Timber Screen

Created out of Vic Ash timber, they lend a level of warmth to the library as well. An element that really brings atmosphere to the library environment. To achieve our curved screen, we used a curved track and fixed each timber batten to it to create the screen.
