How Pricing Works at Sculptform
You’ve got a project, you’ve got a design, you’ve looked at our products and now you want to know how much it’s going to cost.
With our expert team of estimators and our online Price & Spec tool, we have a range of ways to provide you with a quote for your project.
Below we detail exactly how our base-rate pricing works here at Sculptform so you feel at ease with the process from start to finish.
Base-Rate Pricing
Our base-rate pricing includes the specification of primary components and freight to site needed to cover a square metre/foot area. Primary components include the main product (battens, screens or cladding), acoustic backing (if needed), track, joiners and clips.
Other components and accessories such as perimeter trims, corner clips, access hatches, end caps, back cover plates and installation tools are priced on a project-by-project basis and are able to be accessed via our pricelist.
Base-rate pricing enables increased flexibility to meet a range of project price constraints. Every component is calculated specific to your project, leaving you confident that you’re getting the best deal that’s competitively priced.
Base-Rate Inclusions and Exclusions
Base-Pricing Includes:
- Battens/Screens/Cladding to cover a square metre/foot.
- Mounting tracks with factory-fitted clips
- Batten joiners
- Acoustic backing (if selected)
- Freight to site within Australia, US and UK (or to the nearest port for projects outside of these locations).
Base-Pricing Excludes:
- Trims and accessories
- Wastage allowance
- Additional manufacturer powder coat warranties
- Fixings to substrate
- Installation
- Tax
How to get pricing
You can access the pricing for our standard systems directly from our online Price & Spec tool. This is the tool that our estimators use to price our systems, so you can be confident that these prices are accurate. Learn how to save time specifying here. Custom solutions can be priced by our team, who will work with you to develop a solution that meets project-specific requirements.
The other thing that our Price & Spec tool is great for is looking at value management options. If you know that you need a product to meet a certain budget, you (or we) can adjust things like the batten spacing, coatings and species until you find something that meets your requirements.
Prefer our estimators to do it for you? Send us your Product Specification and drawings and we’ll create a formal quote for you.
Please note, we have a minimum order amount of $5000 for every project.
Ready to Order?
When you’re ready to order we’ll create a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the products you require. This BOQ is a breakdown of each product, along with the quantities required for each component. To do this we request a copy of the current drawings and create an up-to-date quantity take-off.
We want to make sure that we are supplying exactly what you need. So before you order, we will go through the BOQ and drawings with you, explain how we arrived at the final quantities, and answer any questions that you might have.
