Hubert Estate
Established in 1862 by Hubert de Castella, Hubert Estate continues to be regarded as one of the finest wineries in the Yarra Valley, renowned for its delicious selection of cool-climate wines.
Alongside their wines, a significant cause of attraction to this winery is the extravagant architecture. Cera Stribley was commissioned to breathe new life into the estate, marking the start of Hubert Estate. Hubert Estate encompasses St Huberts Cellar door, a family-style restaurant, an Indigenous art gallery, a boutique wine store and Harriett; a luxury event venuewith stunning timber ceilings achieved with our Click-on Battens.

Materials
Flawless Timber Ceiling
Oak is the material of choice for the perfectly linear cathedral ceilings within Hubert Estates Harriet function venue. Separated by gaps holding integrated lighting, the lengths of timber add texture and warmth the the expansive room, bringing a feeling of intimacy.
With battens installed in random lengths, the ceilings show off beautiful natural timber variation and joins are well concealed as they blend with the battens either side with no join lining up with the next.

Rising Grounds
An especially impressive aspect of the estate is the exterior of the cellar door which gradually rises from the ground and is covered in a manicured green lawn.
